Standard shipping within Australia usually takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping is typically 2–3 business days after your order is dispatched.
Yes. Product prices shown on the site are GST-inclusive. Your cart and checkout summarise the GST portion included in the total.
Trim the wick to about 5mm before each burn, keep the candle away from drafts, and never leave a burning candle unattended. Allow the wax pool to reach the edges on the first burn to help prevent tunnelling.
Yes. At checkout you can choose Direct Transfer. Bank details are shown on the page and emailed to you with your order so you can complete payment using your order number as the reference.
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Handmade items may have slight natural variations that aren’t considered defects.
Yes. Our candles and crafts are made by hand in small batches. That means each piece is unique, with the care and character of artisan work.
